I have the pleasure of working with my clients to rehab a property that my clients have dreams of completing. As a 203K HUD Consultant, I work with my clients to inspect the property, produce a feasibility analysis, produce a scope of work write up, scope of rehabilitation, and bid list for your contractor to bid the work. I also assist your contractor to organize their bid.
203K Consulting, Home Inspections and Environmental Testing are services I offer. I work with first time home buyers, buyers and investors to determine the minimal HUD standards and recommend repairs. With my knowledge of the HUD standards in conjunction with the ASHI home inspection standards, I am able to produce essential information for the buyer.
